The decapper is designed to remove the cap from the returned bottles. BY developed a new type drinking barrel decapping machine, reduces the labor cost greatly, improve the working efficiency. The operation is controlled by PLC computer, with high speed, accurate positioning, highly automatic and long service life. This machine is equipped with smart system, can adjust system by changing the "decapping time" can adjust pulling strength or changing the "blowing time" to extend the blowing time. Both time range from 0 second to 10 second, 0.1S accuracy; With this smart system also could do operation examination, easy to check daily production capacity. In addition, fiber optic detectors allow to reject the bottles returned in the following conditions:
· Bottles without caps.
· Caps without plugs.
· Caps with just the top part left.
· Caps partially opened.
· Not removed caps.
