BY-SNW-0 is a Semi-automatic 5 gallon water-bottle washer/ Brusher provides full mechanical scrubbing and washing capability for 5 gallon bottles, utilizing a brush system in combination with sprays. Depending on the version, the unit is suitable for washing 19 liter (5 gallon), 10, 12 liter (3 gallon) PC, PRB or PET water bottles. Upon request, the device may also be suitable for other types and capacities, such as 5, 6, 10 liter bottles. This machine has the advantages of washing inside and outside in same time, stable capacity, good brushing effect, easy operation, easy maintenance and nice appearance. The material is made of high quality of stainless steel. The machine has long lifespan and is really with good quality and economic price. Once electricity, water and compressed air are connected, production can begin immediately. The machine is serviced manually, but workflows are automatic.
