BY-NX-1 as fully automatic particle friction internal washing machine designed to assist in automatic washing bottles safely, fast and cost-effective in bottled water plants.
The BY-NX-1 is BY's entry-level particle-friction internal washer, built for small water bottling operations processing up to 500 bottles per hour. It uses dual-axis rotation — the main disk and the bottle both spin — so washing particles reach the full interior surface without the dead zones common in brush-only systems. Ideal for startups and small plants upgrading from manual washing.
