Description

Online Visual inspection is an important part of quality control in the water industry and also pharmaceutical, food, chemical, and pesticide industries.

In this inspection, the bottles on the central conveyor are passed in front of the inspection lamp for operators sitting on either side of the conveyor. The operators in turn pick up the bottles & visually inspect the bottles in the alternate white & black background to check for any partials in the liquid-filled, sealed & breakage of the bottle. When the bottle is working under the backlight, the impurities and suspended substances in the moving bottle can be seen, to prevent the unqualified products from being missed.
